Service and Satisfaction
At ANY time or day of the week, call us 800-973-3331. When you do, a live attendant will receive you. Never will you be answered on an automated phone answering system. Under usual conditions we are often able to send out a technician the same day . It is best to call early or if late in the day, service will usually be able to serve you the following day. All service calls are subject to pending current scheduling conditions. In the event your needs are critical and urgent in nature, we again are able to accommodate your needs usually within 2 hours . To save you money, we offer several service packages including emergency service contracts. Please note that we do require a Purchase Order or a Credit Card with a faxed letter of authorization on your company letterhead, which states that we are authorized to service the equipment. After our service is complete, we stand by our work and offer a 30 day warranty on the services performed.

Standard Rates
We offer 24-hour service, with an after hours technician on-call 7 days a week. Prices are Portal to Portal. Overtime is considered to be workdays after 4:30 p.m. and/or weekends and holidays. Special rates for negotiated contracts, such as Preventative Maintenance Contracts, Calibration/Certification Contracts, Bulk Contracts, Upgrades and General Repair Contracts are available.
